the hotel of choice in cologne. excellent food, especially particularly nice breakfast. cheap and spacious rooms with a good bathroom, separate duvets plus a double bed, really great stay!

It was within walking distance to all the major attractions, such as the cathedral, Christmas markets, shopping centers, and the Rhine river. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided good service. They were helpful in giving directions and recommendations for places to visit. The breakfast at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. There was a wide variety of choices, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cold meats. The tea and coffee selection was also impressive.
That the rooms were not all clean and seemed a bit aged. However, this did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.
